Poem #001-20062020

I hope you are all doing well.

It’s been a while that I have not written a blog.  However, this past few days I tried to venture into something, to me, which is new. And that is writing poetry. So, here is my first attempt. I am sharing it with you, I hope you like it. I would really appreciate to hear your feedback. Thanks a lot!

 

POEM #001-20062020:

Reliving the drama, of the Greek gods and goddesses;

After reading numerous books, amidst this global crisis.

Greek Mythology you enthralled and take position;

My longing for travel & lingering untamed passion.

 

When will I ever get the chance to visit & travel?

To see you all face to face with great marvel?

Oh Zeus! Will Mt. Olympus be opened  for exploration?

For us humans who long for a diversion from isolation?
