Things to do when in Taiwan

A Taipei Sightseeing Tour is probably the best option to explore most of the City’s attractions on an open-top double-decker bus. It offers unlimited hop-on hop-off access therefore giving you the freedom to visit places of interest at your own pace while in the capital City. Whether you wish to stay for hours at Taipei 101, to do your shopping. Take a nice stroll around the National Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall. Or have your meal at the iconic Grand Hotel. Also, we visited the famous old mining town of Jiufen which is located in the Northern part of Taiwan. It is situated on a mountainous area and is now a renowned tourist attraction. This place is served by buses that run from Taipei, Keelung and other parts of the country. An organized tour is normally combined with other visits to other interesting places in the area such as Shifen, which will be featured on another future blog.
